Only English manuscripts are permissible for Conference Proceedings indexed in world-renowned indexing databases. The manuscript must be strictly formed according to this template:

REVIEWING PROCESS
1. All manuscripts will be subjected to peer-reviewing and are expected to meet the scientific criteria of novelty and academic excellence.
2. The corresponding author is responsible for ensuring that the article’s publication has been approved by all other co-authors and takes responsibility for the paper during submission and peer review.
3. The submitted full paper will be reviewed by at least two independent referees on:
• suitability for one of the topics of the conference
• scientific content and level, the relevance of presented results;
• correspondence with the template, English usage, and grammar.
4. Review comments will be communicated with the corresponding author and you may require to do necessary revisions and send the revised paper on or before the prescribed day.
ETHICS FOR AUTHORS AND PLAGIARISM
The authors’ central obligation is to present a concise, accurate account of the research performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance. A paper should contain sufficient detail and references to public sources of information to permit others to repeat the work. Proper acknowledgment of the work of others used in a research project must always be given. Authors should cite publications that have been influential in determining the nature of the reported work. Information obtained privately, as in conversation, correspondence, or discussion with third parties, should not be used or reported without explicit permission from the investigator with whom the information originated. Information obtained in the course of confidential services, such as refereeing manuscripts or grant applications, cannot be used without permission of the author of the work being used.
The software solution Crossref Similarity Check will be used for plagiarism check. The overall amount of duplication from previously published content must be less than 20% (excluding references). If the submitted paper does not meet the above criteria, the authors will receive the result of the review and will be able to make changes within 10 days.
PRESENTATION
At least one author of each paper has to present the paper in the thematic or plenary sessions. As it is mandatory for EKO Varna conference accepted papers that are not presented at the conference will not be published afterwards in the conference proceeding.

SPECIAL VOLUME
For second part of volume papers of maximum 8 standart pages /30 lines, 60 marks/ should be in one of the languages - Bulgarian, Russian, English.

Papers will be published in a special volume, and every participant will get it at the beginning of the conference.
